“Finding beauty in unusual places makes life more interesting. For me, it’s what being an artist is all about.” – Matt Kilp
Sunday 12th June 2016 (10.00 – 22.00) is the last day of Matt Kilp’s solo exhibition, “Off the Floor” featuring his ongoing body of collages that showcase his diverse and eclectic style.
Matt is a graphic designer turned fine artist, gravitating towards the tangible realm with his unique compositions using found objects native to his geographic location.
In his own words, he blurs the boundary between found object and original composition, painting without paint.”
Road Studios is allowing audiences in to take in these kaleidoscopic delights for one more day. In addition, visitors to the space are invited to collaborate with Matt on his Live Collage. His infectious enthusiasm promises to ignite inspiration, so come and chat to Matt in the Roadworks gallery space from 10am to 10pm, 12th June at Road Studios, 69 Victoria Street, Liverpool L1 6DE.
Access is via stairs only.
