Shinrin Yoku, the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing, with Barbara Shields
Enjoy some tree love with Barbara Shields. Shinrin Yoku is the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing, sharing energy and mindful connection with trees. We’ll do some Qi Gong movements in the woodland, the ancient health practice that forms part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Literally translating to something like ‘energy work’, Qi Gong could be described as meditation in motion and helps to balance, destress and mobilise body and mind. With trees, double good.
