24 free concerts over 2 terms, usually in the Leggate Theatre in Victoria Gallery and Museum.

The concerts are open to the public as well as staff and students and showcase music of a very high standard.
We showcase talent from within the university along with employing professional performers to come and play for us, and we have had performances in the past few years from notable performers such as Roy Howatt, Ian Buckle, and members of the Philharmonic, along with the Italian Artre Trio and Ríoghnach Connolly.
We also have an established link with the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, and showcase some of the fine up and coming talent from there.
The University of Liverpool Lunchtime Concert Series is a well-established and important part of the City’s cultural calendar.
The series provides a great opportunity for ‘town and gown’ to enjoy outstanding performers from the classical, folk, jazz, popular and world music traditions.
We are delighted to be working with the Victoria Gallery & Museum this semester who will be hosting the concerts in the beautiful Leggate Theatre.
Concerts last an hour so take the pick of what you fancy, try something new, or come along for the whole series.
Although the concerts are FREE, tickets must be booked in advance: University music listings and bookings page (click on the relevant date on the calendar at the top right of the page)
