Exhibition: Saturday 9 – Wednesday 13 July 2016
Launch Friday 8 July from 16.00
Acclaimed international artist and musician Jimmy Cauty returns to Liverpool after 25 years with his thought-provoking Aftermath Dislocation Principle (ADP) installation. Following a critically-acclaimed appearance at Banksy’s Dismaland, Cauty’s ADP Riot Tour will exhibit at The Florrie in Liverpool.
ADP explores the concepts of freedom and state control in a post-riot landscape. Cauty invites you to witness the aftermath of an uprising, depicted through a fascinating miniature model village encased within a 40ft steel shipping container.
Join us for the FREE launch night on Friday 8 July 2016 with performances from DJ Janice Long, Black Ice (spoken word), Shade and Slim, Florrie guitarists.
