Taking the annual World Mental health Day as inspiration, Arts & Minds will mark the event with a day of live music, performances, poetry readings, visual arts, crafts and photography.
There will be participatory events including: The Making Room; Storytelling; Wellbeing sessions; information stalls and not forgetting refreshments!
Aimed at people of all ages; the festival invites us all to explore the positive role that creativity can play in maintaining our Health and Wellbeing.
