Emily Tinne’s extraordinary clothing collection is from a bygone era where clothes were looked after, to ensure they lasted. Why not do the same with your favourite pieces? Join Brown Bear Sews to learn various mending and alteration techniques such as darning, visible and invisible mending, hemming trousers and skirts, basic repairs of buttons and zips, and refashioning. Participants should bring several items of clothing to be repaired, altered or refashioned. All other materials provided.
