The Trophy Room is pleased to announce its next exhibition and our one year anniversary with Mr House by Jonas Vansteenkiste. Mr. House is the first in a series of collaborations between artist Jonas Vansteenkiste and curator Sevie Tsampalla.
This exhibition brings the luring storytelling of Mr House to The Trophy Room, marking the start of a conversation between artist and curator in co-devising methods to expand their practices through exhibitions and events. In this iteration Jonas revisits Mr House, a work realised in 2016, adding architectural elements and employing different media – video, text, sculpture – that engage the work and the space in a process of dissection.
