‘Celebrate’ held in MAKE.Liverpool is the first event of the #CelebrateLiverpool project, showcasing work by artist Georgia Bond and her body of work made in response to the negative stereotypes of Liverpool and how instead this can be negated through the people of Liverpool and their opinion of place. Also exhibiting work by Roy Crooks, who creates iconic illustrations of the city. The exhibition comes to celebrate the city, its people and the beauty of it all.
The opening night will be taking place on the 5th April from 4pm – 10pm which will be open to the public, here you will be able to see both works and purchase any work you would like to. To be able to follow updates about the exhibition and project, follow @celebrateliverpool.
