The perfect way to celebrate the summer solstice.. If the weather is good, we will be having the class outside in our beautiful community garden!
The workshop is run by local macramé and fibre artist, Vicki, owner of Tassel and Twine Design.
You will spend the afternoon learning the basic knots and techniques that form the foundation of macramé. Using high quality recycled cotton and sustainably sourced wood you will put your new found skills to great use creating a beautiful plant hanger of your very own.
The workshop combines crafting with intention setting and mindfulness techniques to create a calming and restorative learning experience designed to support your personal wellbeing.
Come along to have fun and craft, in a beautiful creative space. It’s a great opportunity to learn a new skill in a relaxed environment, which is safe and compliant with COVID-19 regulations.
All materials are recycled and/or ethically sourced & provided as part of of the workshop, except for pots and plants.
