17th Knowsley Open Art Exhibition:
Incorporating the Knowsley Young Artist Open Exhibition
13 November 2017 – 3 February 2018
Knowsley Council presents ‘17th Knowsley Open Art Exhibition’ which showcases 2D visual art created by people over 18 years who live, work, volunteer or study in the borough of Knowsley. The ‘Young Artists Open’ exhibition will also be on display, to celebrate the work of young and emerging artists of all ages up to 17 years.
Visitor Choice prizes and Special Awards
Three prizes will be awarded to each of the Open Exhibitions (the ‘Main Open’ and ‘Young Artists Open’), to the most popular artworks on display, as voted for by the visiting public.
One vote for each Open Art exhibition, per person.
These prizes are awarded at the end of the exhibition.
Prizes are:
Knowsley Open – 1st prize: £150, 2nd prize: £75, 3rd prize: £40
Young Artists Open – 1st prize: £50, 2nd prize: £25, 3rd prize: £15
The Reg Robinson Award – £50
The Adult Disability Service Award – £50
(All prizes awarded will be in the form of ‘Rennies Art Shop’ Vouchers)
The private view is taking place on Tuesday 14 November 2017, 4pm to 6pm, if you would like to attend the Private View,
