“Scouse in a bowl-Is Good for your Soul” or so think the 12 studio members of Baltic Clay Liverpool.

Our busy potters have been working hard creating specially made bowls that are unique to this event. You’ll be able to choose your favourite one to have your Scouse in and then take it home!

We’d like the people of Liverpool to join us for tea

On:         Friday 24th February

From:    6-8pm

At: Fruit & Fibres Canteen, Unit G5, Queens Dock Business Centre, 67-83 Norfolk St, Liverpool L1 0BG

Come along, choose your handcrafted bowl and we will fill it with Scouse or Soup for £10. Not only do you get a warming meal, but you get to take the bowl home with you. We will even wash your bowl for you after you have eaten.

£10 is a bargain for a unique ceramic bowl, but ‘Scouse in a bowl’ aims to be about more than that.

The proceeds of the event will be donated to The Whitechapel Centre, the leading homeless and housing charity for the Liverpool region (Registered Charity No. 1013060).  This hard-working local charity supports people who are sleeping rough, living in hostels or struggling to manage their accommodation.  Homelessness is an issue that affects people throughout the year. We hope that bringing together like-minded people over a simple bowl of food at the end of February, while raising funds for the Whitechapel Centre, will help show our collective support for their important and on-going work.
