FACT and Liverpool Pride present the second in a series of events exploring the diversity of narratives within LGBTQ+ cinema.
Waiting for B follows a group of Beyonce mega-fans as they camp outside the venue – for two months – to bag front row seats to her concert. Over time, a mini-society develops – a group of young, queer Brazilians united by their fierce loyalty to their hero – the documentary following the friendships, power-struggles, highs and lows they encounter along the way.
Following the screening, special guest Moulay Drissi of Brazilica will join us to discuss the themes of the film.
