Our exhibition features Matthew Harris Textiles and Gordon Baldwin ceramics alongside each other. Maker Matthew Harris and Raef Baldwin (son of ceramicist Gordon Baldwin) will be here in the gallery for this special event. This is a unique opportunity to chat to the pair directly about the works which will be on show.
Raef will he here to chat on behalf of his father Gordon Baldwin who has helped to redefine the expressive language of clay over the last fifty years. Matthew Harris will be here to chat too about his textile works which employ dyeing, cutting and hand stitching.
