Pain after Pane is an exploration of ideas around the language of objects, structures of value and the notion of the spectacle. Exploring the in-between and real/unreal spaces we live in, Abel Shah is interested in the window as a space that represents the desire of things in a physical and virtual world and the relationship to our bodies as both containers of desire and “objects” of display.
