Join us for a two hour movement workshop led by INHABIT artist, Jo Blowers.
In this class we will work on tuning the senses in order to deepen our kinaesthetic awareness whilst exploring the bridge between movement and aural expression. We will play with the breath, voice and musicality of movement in order to clarify and expand our vocabulary.
The workshop is ideally suited to people who have an interest in, or work with movement in performance.
