INKbeat* is back in the Baltic Triangle for another night of alternative art and live music night.

A central live drawing performance unfolds as anonymous models perform and pose whilst being painted on by street artists….

Live music and visual DJ’s perform throughout to create a soundscape for the performance to unfold and a unique experience for the audience to watch, listen and draw to.

Music line up includes:

Lill Scheie: Spellbinding songstress who’s delicate appearance belies the power of her melodic mastery.

The Wretched Pearls: An explosion of genre-bending artistry. Through their overwhelming waves of emotion, The Wretched Pearls will take you from the depths of sadness to the highs of euphoria.

Audio Voyeur: Audio Voyeur delivers a musical world of eccentricity and intrigue over beats to move your mind. Expect the unexpected!

Visual DJ Cosmic Girl will be live capturing and manipulating the imagery of the central performances to create a live stream of the event as the visual and audio intrigue unfolds.

“All about the alternative, ‘INKbeat*’ is a piece of physical theatre, live music gig and drawing night all at the same time, set in the industrial chic ‘24 Kitchen Street’ of the Baltic Triangle, Liverpool. 

Integral to the night is the music. Performances from live bands and DJ’s to create a visceral atmospheric soundscape unique to each show.

After the ‘wall’ of performance has come down and the pencils are packed away, the music continues and the audience are invited to make the dance floor their own!”
