9/11 Direct Hit. New York's Twin Towers by Eve Goldsmith

Our first Private View of 2011 this evening took us to the Gallery Liverpool in Stanhope Street. The gallery had a very good first year in 2010 with packed-out viewings and excellent sales, with several interesting shows already lined up 2011 promises to be just as good.

The current show features over 80 works by Eve Goldsmith plus ceramics by Robert Goldsmith, decorated  by Eve alongside another 20+ paintings by Adrian Bailey. Eve’s paintings are recent and retrospective works including a series influenced by the Twin Towers disaster, some very good portraits and landscapes covering many places both near and far. There are also some sculptures including a bust of Jehanne, Joan of Arc – Eve has published a novel on the life of Joan of Arc which is also available at the gallery.

Adrian’s paintings also cover a variety of landscapes, portraits and still lifes.
