The Labyrinth of Light is on for this weekend only at St George’s Hall so Sunday 7 December 2008 15.30 – 18.30 is your last chance. We didn’t actually walk through the labyrinth, preferring instead to watch and photograph the event. Its a pretty sight.
The labyrinth has been designed and created by artist Jane Sutherland using 800 candles, it celebrates the journey that we have taken this year as European Capital of Culture and is organised by the Culture Company and Friends of St James’ Gardens.
You enter via the North Entrance on Wm Brown St and follow the guides whilst listening to the choirs from Manchester and Liverpool
