After the pageant we were photographed by Mark McNulty for the Eight Hundred photographs project. We’ll see the results at the Albert Dock on Thursday evening.
There’s an exhibition in the Post & Echo building covering the history of the city as reported in the papers, we had look while going round the street party in Old Hall street.
Some good bands on the stage in Williamson Sq. this afternoon including ‘Rocks Off’ from Sweden doing a very good impersonation of the Rolling Stones. There were still a lot of visiting Beatles fans around who seemed to enjoy this.
