Out of Office brings together inspirational pieces of art from the offices, corridors and boardrooms of more than 23 high profile North West companies. Hosted by Bruntwood in association with Arts & Business.

For one week, Bruntwood is turning one of their prestigious Liverpool office receptions into a fully functioning art gallery that will be open to the public. From 22 – 26 May 2006, the reception in The Plaza, Old Hall Street will be transformed as part of the Arts and Business event ‘Out of Office’ that Bruntwood is sponsoring.

Out of Office brings together inspirational pieces of art from the offices, corridors and boardrooms of North West companies. More than 23 companies will exhibit over 37 pieces of work. Alongside Bruntwood, other companies showing work include Addleshaw Goddard, DWF, Royal Bank of Scotland, Eversheds, Singer & Friedlander, Arup, C N Group Ltd and Mason Owen.

Many of the region’s offices have incredibly respected art collections, and Out of Office will be the first time many of the pieces go on public display.

Tricia Stewart, head of customer service at Bruntwood Liverpool, said: “This is the second time Bruntwood has sponsored the Out of Office event. We did so for the first time in 2004 and the event was a huge success for both Arts and business and for Bruntwood and we intend this year to be no different. It is, however, the first time it has been held in The Plaza but the spacious and welcoming reception makes it the perfect location for an art exhibition.
