Liverpool-based artist Brendan Lyons has made it through to the shortlist of 30 artists in the new Celeste Art Prize 2006. There’s some nice work in there, a student section too. Shame its in London, I’ll miss it.
The 1st prize of £10,000 will be announced/awarded at the end of the exhibition in London, on Sunday 28th May 2006.
The finalists have been selected by the curatorial programme at Goldsmiths College, London.
The 1st prizewinner will be selected by the exhibiting finalists.
