Forty years ago man made history and landed on the moon. To commemorate this momentous occasion, this year’s FREE November 5th celebrations will see three of the city’s major parks lit up in a spectacular display of fireworks, orchestrated to space themed music. In twenty minutes a specially produced soundtrack, including famous hit songs and original NASA communications, will take you on a lunar journey from the declaration to put man on the moon, the launch pad countdown, the flight through space to the final landing on the moon.
Wrap up warm, bring all the family and brace yourselves for an incredible journey to infinity and beyond..
