We’re back! Liverpool’s biggest arts and craft fair, the Open Culture Winter Arts Market, returns to Liverpool Cathedral on Saturday 2 Dec for an independent Christmas shopping experience like no other!
Peruse and purchase thousands upon thousands of unique handmade items from over 200 incredible artists, designers and makers; photography, ceramics, jewellery, decorations, homewares, woodwork, glassware…every thing you can possibly think of (and probably a few more besides!) There really is no better place to pick up something truly special for your friends and family this Christmas.
You can see a selection of this year’s artists over at winterartsmarket.com.
Vintage and Food Fairs
Alongside the arts and crafts stalls, the Winter Arts Market also features a vintage basement packed to the rafters with treasures galore including clothing, jewellery, homewares, books and vinyl from some of Liverpool’s best-known vintage sellers.
Pop along the corridor and you’ll also find a dedicated food fair, featuring delicious food and drink including handcrafted chocolate, fruit liqueurs, port, blended teas, jams, cake and much more.
And there’s more…
As usual this year’s market will also feature a festive crafting workshop, with snowy surprises for both kids and those who are simply young at heart! Join in for tons of Christmas crafting fun.
All that is enough to make even the most hardened of festive shoppers peckish, so the Cathedral’s Welsford Café will be open all day serving a BBQ and other refreshments – including the obligatory mulled wine!
Let us know you’re coming to this year’s event over on Facebook.
