Join us for this series of practical and creative sessions inspired by ‘Another View: Landscapes by Women Artists’. In these workshops we will celebrate the medium of printmaking – an area which women excelled in during the period highlighted within this exhibition (primarily the 19th and 20th centuries).
Each session will explore a different type of printmaking, and visitors will be invited to take inspiration from landscapes, the women printmakers that were overlooked during this time, and wider themes from the exhibition to inspire their designs.
The workshops will take place as follows:
14 June – Cyanotype Printing
19 July – Lino Printing
16 Aug – Intaglio Printing
These sessions will run from 2-4pm. Tickets are £20 per person (concessions are available) and must be booked in advance. This workshop is most suited to young people and adults (16 and above). We are committed to reducing barriers to attendance, therefore if you would like to attend but are concerned about the cost or accessibility, please get in touch.
