We are going on a virtual adventure around Liverpool to find out where you feel like you belong.
In this session, collaborate with artist Danielle Brathwaithe-Shirley to create a video game map made of the places you know and love! Learn about game design, dive into the world of video game mapping and play games created by the artist on the big cinema screen in The Box!
Come along with the family to discover new exciting activities, and get ready to make some art about the place that matters to you the most.
Your conversations, creations and ideas may feature in a new artwork by artist Danielle Brathwaithe-Shirley. Danielle is an artist and archivist who uses video games, animation, sound and performance to create work celebrating Black trans people. Find out more about her work at www.daniellebrathwaiteshirley.com
Please book 1 ticket per individual attending. E.g If you are a parent/guardian accompanying 2 young people, you will need to book 3 tickets.
Capacity for this event is currently limited to 50%. Further tickets will be released upon the UK Government’s approval of Step 4 of the roadmap out of lockdown. If the event is sold out, please join the waiting list and you will be notified by email when more tickets are released.
