Liverpool Artists’ Network Meeting
Tuesday 19 April 2016, 18.00
The Courtroom Cafe, Crown Buildings, 57 – 59 Victoria Street, Liverpool, L1 6BD
Liverpool Artists’ Network is a platform to connect the artists, art organisations, art venues, groups and collectives of Liverpool.
The Network is a simple concept, it does not represent, endorse or advertise individual artists or organisations but instead provides the means for these individuals to engage in discussion and plan work to collectively deliver art events across the Liverpool region.
The Network provides a meeting every three months where artists and representatives of arts organisations can get together to share ideas, network and catch up with friends. The meeting starts with presentations and ends with general mingling, all with an informal vibe.
We would like to invite anyone who wants to, to come and present to the room. Maybe you have an idea that you want to sound out, or you want to start a specific project and you need to recruit people to work on it, or you’re an established organisation with services to offer artists. Whatever the reason, it’s a great way to start a dialog which can continue after the speeches and beyond.
Please email liverpoolartnet@yahoo.co.uk if you would like to speak at the meeting.
If you’d like to attend the meeting you don’t need to book in advance, you can just turn up, but please do buy a drink from the Courtroom Café who are very kindly hosting us free of charge.
