incompatible presents the work of a group of six artists who are diverse in their practices. The exhibition includes abstract painters, Stevie Baines and Gabrielle Caul, landscape painter, Maurice Challenor, new media artist, Jonny Seven, performance artist, Andrew Taylor and sculptor, Kathryn Wainwright. Each of the artists has undertaken a Masters by Creative Practice at Liverpool Hope University.

corner-2This exhibition presents the work from the final stages of their course which is supported by research and critical evaluation.

One of the artists, Kathryn Wainwright explained
“Our practices are all very different, as they are based upon our personal interests and research. We have studied together, each undertaking a Masters Degree by Creative Practice. In this exhibition, incompatible, we are able to share our work. We celebrate the connections between our practices and the differences.”
