At the Cass Store Liverpool (UK),learn how to create your own marbled pattern by using the traditional techniques taught by artist Vicki Opomu, founder of VA Studio.
Vicki Opomu designer/artist who created marbled papers and other products on the behalf of The Granby Workshop, winner of the Turner Prize 2016.
By using artist quality Golden products to create traditional, contemporary, unique marble masterpieces. Your final masterpieces can be used over a variety of media or products.
This session will begin with a brief history about the traditions of Marbling and where it is used.
Moving on to the colour mixing and manipulation of colours/patterns floating on the size.
All are welcome with no experience necessary and all materials are provided.
