CMYK Screenprint is an advanced screenprinting technique whereby a colour photograph is digitally transformed into a series of dotted layers that when over printed using cyan, magenta, yellow and black create a full colour photographic image. This fascinating technique is still used to generate most printed matter. Once you have gained an understanding of this techniques on this workshop you can play around with colour and insert your screenprinted photographic image into other artworks if you like giving you the opportunity to disrupt and play with photography. You must have some prior experience of screenprint or have attended one of our introductory screenprint workshops to sign up for this course.
