Having celebrated our 10th Birthday in January the first incarnation of the Market was Red Brick Vintage which used to be in the Brewery courtyard.
We later moved into what is now Box Park and moved into our currently building three years ago after Cains decided to redevelop the building we were in.
Red Brick exists to allow local small businesses and creatives have a go at a physical bricks and mortar space to sell their goods from. With short flexible low cost leases it mitigates much of the risk involved in taking on a shop for example. We later opened sites in Birmingham and Sheffield. We’re super excited to announce we’ll be expanding our Liverpool site later this year to provide more space for local indie folks.
Also coming soon is a brand new collaboration with CAN LCR, who will be bringing their pop-up swap-shop of all things random to Redbrick market. Setting up inside and out, after they’ve dragged all of their lockers around the corner and across the cobbles from the now-defunct Northern Lights building!
