Introduction to Risograph Printing Workshop

Book now for Play Play Play Press‘ second introduction to risograph printing workshop of 2026, running Saturday 7th March, 2pm-5pm.

Delivered by Mark Simmonds (Instagram: @kimmdrossman) the 3-hour tactile workshop is ideal for those with little or no experience in riso. 🖨✨

Participants will be guided step-by-step in how to manually produce a 2-colour A3-sized riso-print through analogue mark-making, text, collage and experimenting with the various effects and settings on the printer. Each participant will take home 10 copies of their print onto recycled paper.

This is very much a hands-on, cut-and-paste workshop, therefore no digital skills nor digital equipment is required. And all materials and tools are included. ✂️

Perhaps you have sent your work to be riso printed before and would like to experience the printing process up close yourself; or you’re slightly or very aware of the magical world of riso and would like to give it a go; or maybe you love DIY printing and publishing in general. 😍
