We are seeking a designer for our upcoming exhibition: ‘Ghost Story: Into the Gothic Imagination’.
This exhibition will take place in the special exhibition gallery in our museum, and will feature treasures from our Designated collection of books, manuscripts and art. Our aim is to create an immersive, atmospheric and accessible experience that engages our visitors with the themes, emotions and sensations of 18th and 19th century Gothic literature.
Project Timeline: April 2026 – early July 2026
Exhibition Dates: 7 July 2026 – 19 June 2027
Location: Museum at Wordsworth Grasmere , Grasmere, Cumbria, UK , LA22 9SH
Budget: £5,000 (inclusive of all design fee, production costs, VAT and any other expenses relating to this project)
