This role is about shaping the artistic future of 20 Stories High, in partnership with the Executive Director, Associate Director and the team. Championing new voices, developing the next generation of artists and ensuring our work continues to challenge, celebrate and reflect the communities we work alongside.

Contract: We’re open to discussing full-time, part-time or job share arrangements.

Salary: £40,000-£45,000 (Full-time equivalent), depending on experience.

Recruitment process timeline 

●      Application Deadline: 10am, Monday 05th October, 2026

●      Initial Interview: Selected applicants will be invited to an initial online interview (or in person if preferred) on either Wednesday 14th or Thursday 15th October 2026

●      Half Day (Interview, Workshop and Exploring the Future of 20 Stories High): A smaller group of selected candidates will be invited to a half day – in person – on either Thursday 22nd or Friday 23rd October 2026
