the Art In Liverpool blog is ‘website of the week’ on the 24Hour Museum website. 24hour museum is an excellent website which I really should check out more often, here is the Liverpool page. It only lists the publicly funded galleries and museums though. You have to visit artinliverpool.com if you want to find out whats going on in the independent sector.
