If you admire quality craftsmanship – or are looking for an original gift – the Art & Craft Guild of Lancashire’s exhibition at The World of Glass is well worth a visit.
Members of the Guild are chosen for the high standards and original quality of their work.
“Many of this year’s exhibitors are new to the Guild,” says Christine Corthorn, the Guild’s Chair for Exhibitions, “while the work on display ranges from fine art through to ceramics, textiles, glass and wood turning.”
“The World of Glass is an excellent showplace for us and we are hoping to repeat our successful exhibition last year at which members achieved more than £2,000 of sales.”
The Art & Craft Guild of Lancashire provides a support network for the artists who are mostly self employed professionals, creating and selling their own designs around the county.
