Mick Gill Paintings
4 – 29 May 2010
Mick Gill graduated from the prestigious Royal Academy Schools in 1997 where he was mentored by the visionary Norman Adams and Britain’s leading abstract artist Bert Irvin. And so this exhibition showcases an explosive use of colour and paint which documents a search for some kind of spiritual truth.
Mick Gill is Director of Art at Merchant Taylors’ Girls School where he runs the Vitreum Gallery. He has curated exhibitions of some of Merseyside’s best known artists – Tony Evans, Anthony Brown and Mike Badger.
