
National Museums Liverpool has four wonderful galleries, each with its own distinct themes and world class collections. The National Conservation Centre reveals how everything from National Museums Liverpool’s collection, from Egyptian mummies to motorbikes, are preserved and restored in the interactive Reveal gallery. Open Daily 10am – 5pm, Free entry

Liverpool People by Stephen Shakeshaft

Liverpool Daily Post and Echo photographer Stephen Shakeshaft has been capturing the lives of local people since the 1960s. This exhibition features an engaging selection of his portraits and candid shots of Liverpool people, telling a fascinating story of everyday Merseyside life.
Lewis’s 5th Floor: A Department Story

Evocative photographs by Stephen King of one of the UK’s most iconic department stores. The images provide a rare glimpse of the 5th floor of Lewis’s in Liverpool which has been closed to the public since the 1980’s. The exhibition reveals a world of 1950’s design and also includes portraits of past employees and film footage.
