‘Liverpool One: Remaking a City Centre’

A photography exhibition featuring the work of Paul McMullin who has documented the massive transformation of Liverpool city centre in recent years.Â

RIBA North West is pleased to exhibit images by photographer Paul McMullin from the forthcoming book ‘Liverpool One: remaking a city centre’ which is due to be published later this year.
Grosvenor Estates commissioned Paul to document the finished project for the book by David Littlefield and the images are shown alongside architectural models and further work by local photographer Alan McKernan. The show also includes previously unseen images of the Albert Dock complex taken in the 1970s, prior to the dock’s redevelopment.
The exhibition provides a rich insight into how Liverpool has developed and transformed itself in recent times.
