When you first encounter Geoff Parr’s works you see a structure which is a fusion between contemporary fashion design and painting.
At first glance his works seem to be constructed from a series of soft folds but a detailed examination reveals hard edges with different materials all brought together to create something new.
Geoff has reinvented the role of the canvas to question the relationship between not just fine and popular art but ourselves and the world around us.
