SEFT stands for Sonda de Exploración Ferroviaria Tripulada (Manned Railway Exploration Probe); SEFT-1, correspondingly, is the first probe of this class. Having hijacked railway tracks and traversed natural landscapes in Mexico and Ecuador, SEFT-1 comes to the UK as a challenge to the very way we travel. Beginning in Blackburn, the creators will experiment with how to make the vehicle water worthy, while making a series of expeditions across the North West of England.
