Titled The Making of Liverpool’ – The main feature of the DVD is a 13 minute, Arts Council England funded animation film about the home city of acclaimed Merseyside based artists, The Singh Twins, and the painting (‘Liverpool 800’), which they created as an expression of their pride in its rich heritage and achievements.
