Spent most of today going round checking that all the participating galleries are ready for ‘Thank You Art Day‘ tomorrow. We’re really excited about this now and all is going well.
Took a coffee break at the Malmaison hotel which has just opened at Princes Dock. Its an amazing place. Apparently there’s a lot of specially commissioned artworks throughout the hotel, including this huge print of a stretched Liver Buildings over the staircase. We’ll be going back again for a good look around.
The restaurant looks really good. £35 for a 3 course meal with Jason Jones talking about his artwork is looking like quite a good deal.
