Imagine at Liverpool Academy of Arts

This latest exhibition at LAA is curated by Imagine which is a local mental health charity and all the work has been produced by people who have been affected by mental health problems or their carers, family, friends etc.. There’s a lot to see, the show has been extended into a second room. There’s a huge variety of media and styles and indeed quality. There were prizes for the best works, first prize went to ‘French Summer’ (pictured here) by Peter Kaplanis. Normally I like to name all the artists but there’s far too many here. Ends April 15th
