We don’t often bother with these non-art launch events but Zelig is well-placed en-route from Tate to Egg so having already enjoyed wine and canapes at the Lever Prize event at Tate we had a second helping at Zelig.
Its a new italian style restaurant from the Karova people and is enormous – a lot bigger than it looks from the outside, I think its taking up a lot of the space underneath Chavasse park.
So after a good helping of Olives and sparkling wine we moved onto Egg (the cafe that is, not the next course) to see the Pendlebury exhibition.
