Love and Peace on Red Nose Day

Went to the Albert Dock to see what jolly things were happening for Red Nose Day.

Some of the boats moored in the dock were sporting red noses which looked suspiciously like buckets to me.

rnd07-1.jpgSome of the retails outlets and bars had special offers.

A strange guy from nearby Virgin Media with a completely red head was striding around the dock.

Apparently the waxworks in the Beatles Story were wearing red noses but I wasn’t going to pay to enter just to see that. As part of the Beatles Story promotion some of the staff were taking part in a Yoko and Lennon style bed-in in the window of one of the units. It looked like good fun and certainly got some good responses from the passers-by.

I should mention though that myself and Mrs J do a much better impersonation of John & Yoko, perhaps we should hire ourselves out.
