From Impacts 08 at the University of Liverpool
Impacts 08 is carrying out research to find out how European Capital of Culture has affected individual artists in the city. We are looking for individual artists, musicians, actors, designers and other creative people to complete a short online survey – in particular those who are working freelance (full or part time) or managing very small creative businesses or community arts organisations.
