JOIN DIANE TAKTAK AND ANDY GREEN FROM 3D PRIMO AT THE WILLIAMSON ART GALLERY TO CREATE YOUR OWN PLUM BLOSSOM BOWL USING 3D PENS.

3D pens open up exciting new possibilities in the field of arts and crafts. In this 2.5 hour workshop, you will use a 3D pen and a variety of colourful filaments to make a plum blossom bowl.

The course is designed for absolute beginners. You’ll first receive basic instruction from Diane and Andy on using the 3D pens and then you’ll draw an open ‘filigree’ pattern in clear filament around the plaster of Paris formers provided to create the basic bowl shape. You will then change to different filament colours to draw out the branches, buds and blossoms. Finally, you’ll break the plaster former to release your newly created work of art.

All 3D pens and materials will be provided and you will get to take home your finished work.

We currently have no age limit but please email us before booking a space for anyone under the age of 16 just to confirm this with us. Anyone under the age of 16 must attend with a participating adult. Please note that the pen tips become very hot during use and must not be touched.

This course runs from 10am-12.30pm on Saturday 26th January and costs £35 per person.  Tickets can be booked via Eventbrite.

If you have any questions regarding this course, please email diane@3dprimo.com.
