Taking a nostalgic look back at St. Helens this exhibition uses the Local Authority Art collection to see how the borough has changed, from its roots as the heartland of the industrial revolution through to its heady days of manufacturing just after WW2.  The borough is 50 % agricultural which may surprise many towns people and visitors alike but is reflected in some pastoral scenes.
