A series of time-bending events – from theatre performances and art installations to music, song and dance. Wander through this Grade II listed building soaking up the past, indulging in the present and looking ahead to the future.
Same Words, Different Century, 17:00 – 18:00
Join Collective Encounters 3rd Age Company and Youth Theatre on a theatrical travelling protest, performing protest letters to past and present figures.
Time for a Break, 17:00 – 22:00
Grab a coffee from the bistro and have the cup tastefully adorned with well-known female icons throughout the ages by a local graphic artist. Plus many more performances throughout the night from the likes The Ukelele Club Band, MCs, DJs and more.
Back to The Timepiece, 17:00 – 22:00
An exhibition and short film following the history of the legendary Liverpool night club, The Timepiece. Focusing on the black music scene that took Liverpool by storm in the 1970s, Back to The Timepiece gives an extraordinary insight into the sounds, fashions and friendships of the 70s, as told by past club goers and soul music buffs. There is also the opportunity for families to take it back to the 70s in a dance area, led by The Black-E Dance Group. Film screenings every 15 minutes.
