Come along to our free, family-friendly workshops, on every second saturday of the month. The perfect activity for all ages who like to make, game or play!
No booking required. Do Something Saturdays are completely free and you can drop by anytime between 12:00 and 15:00.
You are invited to a creative and fun session focused on imagination and storytelling, inspired by the current exhibition by Sahjan Kooner. You will enter the world (and set) of Sahjan’s fantasy film darkforest to make an offering to the forest and to write your own darkforest-inspired film plot, before joining us inside an infinity-symbol-shaped structure to play The Zone of Ghosts board game.
Our free family-friendly workshops encourage imagination and innovation in a warm, playful environment. Whether your child is a budding game designer, artist or simply curious about technology, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

When you arrive at FACT, please let a member of our Front of House team know that you’re here for Do Something Saturdays. They’ll accompany you to the lift and help you enter the code that will whisk you up to the third floor of the building, where you’ll find Studio/Lab.
